COVARIS AI collects minimal data. When you use the chat, we store an anonymous session ID, the visa type you asked about, and which providers you clicked. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it.
We do not collect passwords, payment information, passport details, or sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses. Messages may be stored temporarily to maintain conversation context. We do not permanently store the full text of your conversations.
If you paste your insurance policy text into the chat for analysis, this text is sent to Claude for processing. We do not store this text in our database after the session ends.
We collect anonymous usage data — which visas are checked most often, which providers are clicked, and general usage patterns. This data cannot be linked to any individual person.
When you click a provider link, we record the click anonymously (session ID, visa type, provider name) for commission tracking purposes. No personal data is included.
We use Supabase for database storage, Anthropic Claude for AI responses, and OpenAI for document processing. Each has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.
